Liquid Flow Meter 'MODEL P001/P002/214-591'

Measurement of consumption accumulation is possible! High-precision liquid flow meter with a radial piston type for high pressure.

The 『MODEL P001/P002/214-591/295』 is a high-precision liquid flow meter of the radial piston type for high pressure (designed to withstand 50MPa). It offers a fuel flow rangeability of over 2000:1 with low pressure loss, allowing for high accuracy and high repeatability in measuring fuel flow rates of 0.005 to 200 cc/min (MODEL P001), 0.06 to 120 L/hr (MODEL P002), and 0.3 to 600 L/hr (MODEL 214-591/295), with stable measurements of instantaneous fuel flow and cumulative consumption, featuring high resolution and fast response. The rotation of four precisely machined measuring pistons is detected by a unique Hall element, and high-resolution, fast-response pulse output, as well as voltage and current analog output, are generated through CPU and software processing. 【Features】 ■ High precision machining technology and unique Positive Displacement technology ■ Wide flow measurement range of over 1:1000 and low pressure loss ■ High-resolution / fast-response pulse output (1000 PULSES/REV.) ■ Clean frequency signal without noise due to a proprietary signal correction algorithm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
